In the Kitchen: Best Kale Salad

Best Kale Salad

I've been riding the kale train for a while. I'll eat it in any form, but a really good kale salad is my favorite. Over the summer I complied a list of all my coworkers favorite summer recipes and my boss happened to share the most killer kale salad.

This was the last stop on our trip, and this city provided both the Spanish charm and Americanized meals that we need to roundup three weeks of travel.

Sabatini Gardens

Sabatini Gardens

Before heading to Seville, we spent four nights in Madrid. By this point, we were a week into our trip and arriving to such a large city was both exciting and a little exhausting. We had a few places we wanted to visit, but since it was August and we anticipated a lot of restaurants and shops being closed we left a lot up to chance.
